A Sacred Rhythm for Presence
A time to slow down. Seven days to reawaken rhythm.
Yogarituals’ 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training follows the system of Paul Grilley, merging functional anatomy, somatic intelligence, and ritual stillness.
You will learn to teach Yin Yoga as a precise, embodied discipline — understanding how bones, joints, fascia, and breath create the architecture of stillness.
Each day unfolds through practice, anatomical study, and guided teaching.
More than a course, this is a discipline of perception: a field where structure meets presence, and time itself becomes a teacher.
This internationally accredited Yoga Alliance YACEP® program offers 50 continuing education hours and is open to both yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners wishing to deepen their study of Yin Yoga as a path of transformation.
Small group format guarantee – maximum 8 participants.

Casa Los Hermanos belongs to a local family and reflects the balance between tradition and mindful living.
Every detail — from the handmade furniture to the open-air kitchen — is curated to support a rhythm of simplicity, rest, and connection.
Electricity and resources are used consciously, honoring the island’s slow and sustainable way of life.
- Food
At Yogarituals, food is part of the practice — a daily ritual of nourishment and community.
Every day, a chef prepares vegetarian, organic lunches and dinners, inspired by recipes from around the world.
The kitchen becomes a shared space where participants can exchange ideas, observe the cooking process, or simply enjoy what the body truly needs.
Breakfast is self-prepared each morning in the communal kitchen — fresh fruit, oats, local bread, nut butter, and herbal tea are provided so you can begin the day in your own rhythm and silence.
All ingredients are 100% plant-based, locally sourced from the nearby fields, supporting local farmers and ensuring freshness.
Meals are light, seasonal, and designed to sustain both body and mind throughout the training.
If you follow a special diet — such as gluten-free or have any allergies — please inform the Yogarituals team in advance. Safe and suitable ingredients will be provided with care.
At the heart of Yogarituals’ ethos is the joy of shared moments: food prepared with presence, eaten in awareness — a simple, nourishing ritual.

Personalized Guidance & Small Group Mentorship
Yogarituals follows the ancient method of direct transmission — where learning happens through rhythm, repetition, and presence.
Each training is intentionally limited to a maximum of 8 participants, ensuring a personal and guided experience.
The teacher-student relationship is central: it allows authentic transmission, hands-on guidance, and depth that cannot be reached in large settings.
Yogarituals is a field of practice where yoga returns to its natural rhythm. Founded between Tenerife, Italy, and India, it brings together ancient methods and contemporary somatic understanding, cultivating awareness as ritual.

🌞 Tenerife – The Island of Renewal
Arona is one of Tenerife’s oldest villages, located in the south of the island, where the rhythm of traditional Canarian life still flows gently through cobblestone streets and sunlit plazas.
Nestled between the volcanic mountains and the Atlantic Ocean, Arona offers breathtaking views and a quiet pace of life. From the retreat, the nearest beaches — such as Playa de Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Vistas — are about a 20-minute drive away, inviting you to swim, walk, or simply listen to the sound of the sea.
The village itself is known for its authenticity: small cafés serving local coffee, family-run restaurants with Canarian and Mediterranean cuisine, colorful houses, and flowered terraces.
Each corner invites you to slow down — to sit, observe, and feel the warmth of the island’s eternal spring.
On your free days, you can visit nearby farmers’ markets, enjoy sunset walks in nature, or explore coastal paths that reveal the island’s untamed beauty.
The surrounding landscapes offer countless opportunities for hiking, stargazing, and quiet contemplation — from the volcanic trails of Mount Teide to the lush valleys of Vilaflor.
Arona is not just a location; it is a state of presence — a meeting point between mountains, ocean, and sky, where every element becomes a teacher.
